HSQ designs, integrates and builds turnkey Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Systems, based on HSQ MISER Software. These systems provide powerful and flexible solutions for the following Resource Control applications.
Water/Waste Water Management
HSQ builds systems for SCADA management as it applies to electricity generation and distribution. SCADA systems provide direct management of power stations, substations, electrical generation facilities such as hydroelectric dams and windmill farms.
Major examples include: The Black Canyon power plant in Southern Idaho.
Mass Transportation Management
HSQ builds SCADA systems for rail transit management and Intelligent transportation systems.
Major examples include: The Hiawatha Light Rail system in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) system in San Francisco, California.
HSQ's MISER Systems manage multiple facility resource control and monitoring subsystems in large buildings and campus complexes.
Major examples include: San Francisco State University and Schriever Air Force Base in Colorado, where HSQ provided systems that interface with existing subsystems, such as power distributions, energy management, HVAC, escalators and elevators. With MISER, facility operators can centrally monitor and control each subsystem in real time, receive alarms, record operational data and produce performance reports. Energy management software eliminates unnecessary power usage. Monitoring provides quick response to problems and secure facility operation.
