Multiple Platform Support
MISER provides multiple platform support. MISER host server software runs on high performance, Alpha, RISC based real time platforms. MISER workstations run HSQ's Xview graphical user interface software, an X-Windows/Motif operator interface. Xview is available on Alpha RISC workstations running OpenVMS or Windows NT, and on Intel-based PCs with Windows NT. Xview provides object oriented graphic slide windows for users to view data and execute supervisory control actions. Xview stations include Xdraw, an integral graphics development facility.
