2010 MISER User's Conference

HSQ Technology is delighted to invite you to the 2010 MISER User Group Conference that will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Foster City, CA from April 18-20, 2010. Our last User Group Conference was held in 2006 and was well received by all the attendees.

HSQ has continued to invest in MISER, developing new features and product offerings. We will be introducing these to you at this year's conference before the formal release and public announcement, scheduled to take place later this year. We are putting together a very informative program with plenty of opportunities to continue your education about the capabilities of the MISER system you own. We hope you will join us and participate in this exciting event.

The Crowne Plaza is centrally located in the City of Foster City , on the San Francisco peninsula, a short distance from HSQ Headquarters in Hayward . Please feel free to visit the hotel website at www.crowneplaza.com/sfo-peninsula and look at the facilities and amenities that this fabulous hotel has to offer.

There will be a Welcome Reception on Sunday night, April 18, 2010, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at the hotel. The Conference is scheduled to begin Monday at 8:00 a.m. and end Tuesday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. This year's Conference agenda is still under development, and we welcome suggestions from our Users regarding topics of interest.

ENROLL

An Advanced MISER operational training course is under consideration, and a free, full day session would be conducted on Wednesday, April 21, 2010. This is a great opportunity to learn about special programs used by HSQ staff to maintain your systems. It is an optional course, unrelated to the User Conference. If you are interested, please so indicate on your registration form. Transportation will be provided if needed.

As in past years, lodging for two nights is included, compliments of HSQ Technology. This includes room rate and taxes only. All other room amenities are not included. A Continental Breakfast and Lunch is provided both days of the conference. If you choose to stay longer to enjoy some of the sites and attractions for which the San Francisco Bay Area is so famous for, we have secured a room rate of $139.00 plus tax. We will extend your room reservations at your request.

Please submit and confirm your registration no later than March 26, 2010. Additional information about the meeting will be posted to our website as warranted. By April 5, 2010 all final information will be posted and mailed to all registered attendees. A preliminary Conference Agenda will be posted by February 1, 2010.
